Who we are

This website is operated by The Calm Minimalist ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site — or better, write to us about it.

Products and orders

• Every piece is made to order. Making and delivery timelines are described in our shipping policy.
• Product images on this site are illustrative renderings; slight variations in colour and finish are part of made-to-order making, not defects.
• An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery areas we can't reach.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is charged as described in the shipping policy. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.

Returns and cancellations

Covered in full in our returns policy. In short: free replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery; no change-of-mind returns on made-to-order pieces; cancellation within 24 hours or before making begins.

Intellectual property

The designs of our products, and all content on this site — text, graphics, product renderings, and the brand itself — belong to The Calm Minimalist. Please don't reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Liability

We stand behind our products as described in these policies. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date below always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
