Help

Frequently asked questions.

The short version of everything people usually ask. If your question isn't here, say hello — we're quick to reply.

How do I place an order?+

Add the piece to your cart and check out right here — payment is handled securely through our store. Prefer a more personal route? DM us on Instagram or email hey@thecalmminimalist.com with the piece you'd like, and we'll take it from there.

Why does my order take a few days before it ships?+

Every piece is made to order — we start making yours only after you buy it. That usually takes 5–7 business days before it's ready to ship. Nothing sits in a warehouse; your piece is made just for you.

Where do you ship?+

We currently ship across India. International shipping isn't available yet — if you're outside India, write to us and we'll let you know when it opens up.

How long does delivery take?+

After your piece is made (5–7 business days), delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Metro cities are usually at the quick end. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Can I return or exchange a piece?+

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost. Details are in our returns policy.

How do I care for my piece?+

A dry or slightly damp cloth is all you need — no harsh cleaners, no dishwashers, no direct sunlight for hours on end. Each product page lists any care notes specific to that piece.

Are the products safe for plants and food?+

Planters are designed for plants, with drainage and sealed inner walls where it matters. Our trays and bowls are catch-alls for objects, not tableware — please don't serve food on them.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?+

Sometimes! For gifting, studios, or a piece in a different size, email us with what you have in mind — since everything is made to order anyway, small customisations are often possible.
